Bolduc Law LLC is focused in the areas of real estate including residential and commercial purchase and sale transactions along with any associated financing; and customized estate plans which typically include wills, trusts, advance health care directives and powers of attorney.  As the head of the practice, Clare Bolduc also represents heirs and fiduciaries in the probate administration of decedent’s estates. 

Clare Bolduc, Esq. recently established Bolduc Law with deep experience and passion for the industry.  Growing up in rural Massachusetts, Clare started her legal career under the Hon. Edward C. Burt, Jr. while attending Quinnipiac University.  After attending Pace University School of Law where she received a J.D. in 2011 and prior to Bolduc Law, Clare practiced law at Law Offices of Robert Vincent Sisca & Associates, LLC where she worked with clients on real estate transactions throughout the nation. 

Outside of the office, Clare is an active community member of Fairfield County and heavily involved in local non-profit organizations, both with the entrepreneurship and humanity spirit.
